Before it was a Spanish language school, the Instituto—its building and property—was the private home of the school director's family. It is situated at the corner of two of the busiest roads in the city, but the grounds, protected by a wall and gate as most residences are, are quiet and beautiful.
Here are pictures of our school activities—grammar class, cooking and weaving classes...salsa dancing with faculty on the last day of school—and some of our classmates, both in and out of the classroom.
